Much has been written about the woefully low compensation of early childhood teachers, those working in both center and home-based settings. In this report, and the two related policy briefs you can read about the efforts of 8 state teams (FL, IN, IA, MI, NE, NC, TX and WI) to move the needle on early childhood workforce compensation through policy, funding, strategy development and advocacy in their states.
